Sr. Product Manager, Integrations

As Senior Product Manager, Integrations, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the integrations that power Gateless products and connect our automation platform with the broader mortgage ecosystem. You’ll balance deep technical fluency in APIs and data schemas with business acumen and leadership maturity.

You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, and Risk to ensure every integration aligns with customer needs, regulatory standards, and long-term platform scalability. Your work will directly impact customer onboarding efficiency, data quality, and product expansion velocity.

This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and business strategy — someone who can zoom out to set vision and zoom in to troubleshoot an API call.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Integrations Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for vendor and partner integrations, ensuring alignment with company objectives, customer demand, and compliance requirements.
• Lead Discovery & Technical Design: Partner with Engineering and vendor teams to evaluate APIs, data schemas, and edge cases to ensure secure, performant, and scalable integration design.
• Translate Complexity into Clarity: Write clear, actionable requirements and user stories that balance technical detail with business value.
• Drive Execution: Oversee backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-functional delivery to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success to support customer implementations, manage expectations, and capture feedback for continuous improvement.
• Analyze & Optimize: Use SQL and analytics tools (e.g., Snowflake) to monitor integration health, identify bottlenecks, and guide data-driven prioritization.
• Champion Quality & Compliance: Ensure integrations meet both Gateless and GSE data standards, contributing to platform reliability and trust.
• Mentor & Influence: Provide leadership across the product org, helping define best practices for product discovery, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Your Skills

• Deep Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of APIs, data schemas, JSON/XML, and database logic. Comfortable reading code and collaborating closely with engineers.
• Domain Expertise: Experience with mortgage, financial services, or similar data-sensitive industries. Understanding of GSE or credit/income/asset verification providers is highly desirable.
• Analytical Rigor: Skilled in SQL querying and interpreting data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Strategic Problem-Solver: Able to connect dots between customer pain points, market opportunities, and technical feasibility.
• Influential Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills; adept at aligning stakeholders and simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences.
• Execution Excellence: Proven track record delivering complex integrations or data-driven SaaS products on time and at high quality.
• Adaptable & Self-Directed: Thrives in ambiguity, prioritizes effectively, and takes initiative in fast-evolving environments.

Experience or Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, integrations, or data platform environments.
• Proven experience owning vendor or third-party integrations end-to-end, from discovery through maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of API architecture, schema mapping, and data flow design.
• Proficiency with JIRA (or similar) for backlog and roadmap management.
• Working knowledge of SQL; Snowflake or other cloud data platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with GSE standards and mortgage data strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teamsand delivering measurable business impact.
