Business Development Representative (BDR)

Position Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in our sales pipeline by identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound prospecting activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calls and send targeted emails to potential clients
  • Schedule meetings for the Chief Revenue Officer with qualified prospects
  • Research and identify key decision-makers in target organizations
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in Salesforce
  • Leverage ZoomInfo to identify and qualify potential leads
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach targets
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline activities and prospect engagement
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion rates
Requirements
  •  Bachelor’s degree required
  •  Previous sales experience (1-2 years preferred)
  •  Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and ZoomInfo
  •  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  •  Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  •  Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
  •  Ability to handle rejection and persist through challenges
  •  Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
