Business Intelligence Reporting Lead, Customer Success

As the Business Intelligence Reporting Lead at Gateless, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development and management of our reporting and analytics capabilities. You will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our business intelligence strategy, ensuring that internal and external customers have the data and insights they need to make informed, data-driven decisions.

What you’ll do (About Role)

• Working closely with Customer Success, Product and Development teams to understand their reporting and analytics needs, and developing solutions to meet those needs
• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient reporting processes and structures
• Working with data analysts to extract, clean, and analyze data to create compelling and actionable reports and visualizations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in data collection, reporting, and analysis
• Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence, reporting, and analytics, and recommending new tools and technologies to enhance our capabilities
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all reports and visualizations
• Conducting regular data audits to identify any issues or inconsistencies and take corrective actions

 Experience or Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• 5+ years of experience in finance technology implementations (ideally Fintech solutions).
