Chief Client Officer
David Fulford is an executive leader with over 25 years of experience leading mortgage and mortgage technology initiatives. He has been instrumental in helping lenders, data providers and integration partners design, build and implement technology solutions. In his current role, David is Chief Client Officer for Gateless, Inc. leading all sales, support, and client implementation initiatives.
Through a diverse background of customer implementation focused roles in both operations and technology, David has gained a deep understanding of the loan origination process and the technology required to create and maintain innovative solutions focused on increasing operational efficiency, reducing origination costs and delivering an enhanced borrower experience.
His primary focus is understanding a customer’s organizational, operational and technology ecosystem to help implement innovative solutions related to the loan origination process in ways that maximize expected ROI.
David has had various senior technology and implementation focused leadership roles at Freddie Mac, Black Knight Financial Services and J.P. Morgan Chase over this career.
