While much of Rick’s recent career has been squarely focused on technology enabled business transformation and helping mortgage lenders implement and drive change, his career has included a myriad of executive management roles, spanning sales, customer service, operations, and project management.

Rick honed his diverse skill-set, in fast-paced, demanding environments, working for industry giants such as AEGON, Prudential, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, and most recently Freddie Mac.
