What you’ll do (About Role)

• Collaborate with the team to design next generation software automations for complex real-world business processes
• Contribute your ideas and your code (Clojure, Node.js and Java) as we continuously enhance our platform
• Enrich our automation capabilities by authoring new integrations with third-party data providers
• Work with business analysts to codify business logic into RETE-optimized rulesets
• Flex your DevOps chops and contribute to our AWS stack and infrastructure by writing Terraform modules and configurations
• Join us for a monthly game night on our private AWS-hosted Minecraft server!

Your Skills (Skills we are looking for)

• Fluent / proficient in at least one of the following: Clojure, Node.js, Java
• Experienced with distributed microservice architectures
• Rock-solid communication and leadership skills (we’re 100% remote!)
• You value craftsmanship and the importance of quality and software
• You are pragmatic and factor business value into every decision
• Bonus points for experience with:

  – Financial technology
  – AI / Expert Systems
  – AWS / Terraform
